Summary: Looking to hire a Senior Research Analyst to focus on IT performance management technologies. This position will provide qualified candidates an opportunity to gather insights from leading business and IT executives, as well as to serve as a trusted advisor to these companies. Responsibilities:

• Participate in research briefings with providers of IT performance management technologies
• Create questionnaires to identify key market trends from the perspective of users of IT performance management technologies
• Write and publish research articles about major market trends and events
• Independently publish 15-20 research reports per year
• Accountable for content knowledge expertise in assigned technology areas
• Assist senior analysts in publishing major market studies
• Manage TRAC's social media channels (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
• Manage relationships with media and publications

Requirements:

• 3+ year's experience in market research, competitive intelligence, content creation and publishing, product marketing, IT operations or systems analysis
• High energy and strong desire to be a business leader
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
• Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload
• Bachelor's degree is required; Master's degree is preferred
